Terms of service

The rules for using BLANIK: Flight Club, Logbook, Landing and Fleet.

Effective 23 October 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and ITTesla (“BLANIK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using any BLANIK app you accept them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

2. The apps

BLANIK is a family of apps for pilots and the organisations they fly with:

  • Flight Club, for running a club and its flying days;
  • Logbook, a personal pilot logbook;
  • Landing, for organising and following gliding competitions;
  • Fleet, a marketplace for aircraft and flying gear.

One account gives you access to all of them.

3. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and use your account yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

4. Your content

Your flights, papers, photos and listings stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the apps, and to show publicly what you choose to make public. You confirm you have the right to upload what you add.

5. Flying records

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record. A BLANIK logbook is a record-keeping tool; it does not by itself satisfy the logbook rules of an aviation authority unless that authority accepts it. BLANIK is not a source of flight planning, navigation, weather or airworthiness information, and must not be relied on for those decisions.

6. Clubs and competitions

Clubs and competition organisers run their own activities and are responsible for their rules, membership decisions, duties, scoring, results and any fees they record. BLANIK provides the tools and is not a party to the arrangements between you and a club or organiser.

7. Fleet marketplace

Fleet connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect or sell the items listed, and we are not a party to any sale. Sellers must describe items honestly and have the right to sell them. Buyers should check ownership, documents and airworthiness before paying. Currency estimates are approximate.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or publish misleading listings.
  • Do not access other people's data without permission, or try to get round security.
  • Do not overload, scrape or disrupt the apps.
  • Do not send spam or harass other users.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Fees

The apps are currently free to use. If we introduce paid features we will show the price before you buy, and you may choose not to.

10. Availability

We work to keep BLANIK fast and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BLANIK is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from flying activity, club or competition decisions, or marketplace transactions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time and export your records first. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

13. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we change them we will update the effective date and tell you when the change is significant. Continuing to use BLANIK after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: info@ittesla.com, or use the contact form.
